The plan begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current fitness level, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance and strength. This assessment will serve as a baseline to track your progress throughout the program. During the next eight to twelve weeks, the plan involves a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

Cardiovascular exercises are important for improving overall fitness and health. They help to improve your cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and reduce body fat. Examples of cardiovascular exercises include running, cycling, swimming, jumping rope and other aerobic activities. During the beach body fitness plan, you should aim to do at least three to five days of cardiovascular exercises per week.

Strength training is an important part of the plan, as it helps to build muscle, improve posture, and increase overall strength. During the plan, you should aim to do two to three days of strength training per week. This can include body weight
